My name is Melisa, and I am the creator of all the brands under the NDS EUROPA umbrella.

NDS, short for Neith de Sais, was the first brand I created in Argentina in 2007, specializing in costumes for Arabic dances.

Life has taken me on a new journey, and today, from my new home in Valencia, Spain, I am launching three new ventures

1. DIGAN GUAU
Born from my love for animals, this brand places them as the absolute stars of all the products you'll find here.

2. HOLA HOLITA
Inspired by my passion for movies and series, this brand is for fans like me, offering decorative objects that I, as a fan, would love to own.

3. NEITH DE SAIS EUROPA
My beloved clothing brand is now entering a new market, continuing to offer the quality and design that have defined me since the very beginning.

1. Does the quality of the materials justify the price?
Our products are made with high-quality materials to ensure durability and comfort. We invest in the best materials because we want our customers to feel their investment is worth every penny.

2. Will the custom design fade after a few washes?
We use advanced printing techniques that ensure the design remains vibrant and resistant to fading over time, even after multiple washes.

3. Are there any recommendations for washing my garments?
It's important to follow some care guidelines when washing our apparel:

  • Detergent Selection: Use mild detergents and avoid those with bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can negatively impact the color and quality of the print.

  • Water Temperature: For washing printed garments, cold water is ideal. Hot water can lead to color fading and reduce the quality of the print.

  • Ironing Precautions: High ironing temperatures can damage printed garments. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out or use a protective cloth between the iron and the printed surface.

4. Is it safe to place the mugs in the microwave and dishwasher without causing damage?
Yes, our mugs are designed to be durable and resistant. You can safely use them in the microwave and dishwasher without worrying about damage. Our materials and printing process ensure they can withstand microwave heat and dishwasher cycles, maintaining their quality and design.

However, some mugs are not microwave or dishwasher-safe due to finishes that include components unsuitable for these appliances. Mugs that are not safe for these uses will be clearly labeled in the product description for your awareness before purchase.

5. How do I know that a custom design will look good on the final product? Can I return a custom product if I don’t like it?
Before production, we will send you a digital mockup of the customized product for your approval to ensure the design meets your expectations. We will not proceed to printing without your confirmation.

6. What if the size doesn’t fit me?
We provide a detailed size guide and personalized assistance to help you choose the correct size. If the product doesn’t fit as expected, we have a return policy in place. However, for customized pieces, as they are unique and made-to-order, returns are not accepted.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Production and shipping times depend on the product and location. We strive to complete and ship every order as quickly as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.

8. Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for large orders. Contact us with the details of your order to receive a personalized quote.

Our goal is to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here are all the details about our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.

Where do we ship?
We ship all over Spain! This includes the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Our aim is to ensure that almost everyone, no matter where they are, can enjoy what we have to offer.

Free Shipping
We want to make your shopping experience even better! If your purchase exceeds €80 (for Peninsula deliveries only), shipping is on us.

International Shipping
We also ship internationally. You can check in the shopping cart to see if your country is included in our shipping destinations. If it isn’t, feel free to contact us, and we’ll explore shipping options for you.

How long does it take to prepare your order?
We take great care in preparing each product. Here are the estimated preparation times:

  • DIGAN GUAU and HOLA HOLITA products: 3-5 business days.

  • NEITH DE SAIS products: 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order.

For personalized products, please note that production time begins from the date you approve the design mockup we send you.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives when you need it, especially if it’s for a special occasion. All orders are shipped from Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia.

Important Information

  • Liability: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

  • Delivery Address: The accuracy of your address is essential. Please double-check it before submitting your order. If there’s any error, contact us as soon as possible to provide the correction.

  • Delivery Issues: If there are delivery problems due to an incorrect address or if the package is not collected by the courier within 7 days, it will be returned to our workshop. In such cases, the reshipping costs will be at your expense.

RETURNS

What We Want Most Is for You to Love Our Products
We understand that each item has a personal touch, and for this reason, returns follow specific guidelines:

When Can You Request a Refund?

  • Printing Errors: If we made a mistake in the printing process or there’s a defect on our part, don’t worry—we’ll work together to find a solution.

  • Incorrect Product: If the product we sent isn’t what you ordered, the return shipping cost is on us.

When Can’t an Item Be Returned?

  • Sizing Issues: As each piece is made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.

  • Change of Mind: Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.

  • Customer Mistakes: We cannot issue refunds for errors in designs you provided. If changes are needed, a new order must be placed.

  • Failure to Collect: If you fail to pick up your order, we cannot refund your money unless there’s a valid reason.

For Catalog Products
If the product you purchased is from our catalog and not personalized, here’s how you can return it:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item, as long as:

    • It is unworn and unwashed.

    • The tags are still attached.

    • It is in its original packaging.

    • You have the purchase receipt.

  • Please note that return shipping costs for catalog products are your responsibility.

How to Request a Refund
To start a return, email us at nds.sucursal.europa@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Include all necessary details and provide visual evidence, such as photos or videos. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and respond as soon as possible.

Important: We cannot process returns that have not been requested first.

Your Refund
Once your return is approved, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank to process the refund may vary. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us—we’re here to help!
