  • Once the purchase is made, you must send us a photo of your pet by email (DIGANGUAU.MASCOTAS@GMAIL.COM) or WhatsApp (+34 614 28 06 53) so that we can personalize the product. The production time of the product is between 2 to 4 business days, from when we receive the image correctly.
    Please note that we cannot begin production until we receive the correct image, so please do not delay in sending the photo.

    After making the purchase you will receive an email with all the information for sending the photo.
